We are hiring !

Function :: R&D – Biotechnology (Molecular Biology and Cell Line Development)

Job Location : Baroda

The candidate should be having a minimum of Masters degree (M.Tech/ M. Pharm/ M.Sc.) in the area of Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Microbiology and related fields. Candidate should be

having hands on work experience of 4-8 years. The below points indicate brief job description:

1.   Hands on work experience of in mammalian cell culture/microbial cell culture and molecular biology areas.

2.   Experience in therapeutic protein expression and purification using E. coli/yeast expression systems.

3.   Well versed with molecular biology techniques including molecular cloning, primer designing, expression vector design and generation, characterization and related molecular biology techniques.

4.   Experience in generation of CHO based stable monoclonal cell lines for mAb/therapeutic protein production.

5.   Experience in single cell cloning, fed batch shake flask study, cell bank preparation (RCB, MCB, WCB, EPCB) and cell bank characterization as per ICH guidelines.

6.  To work with multiple teams/ CRO/CDMOs for technology transfer, work as per SOP, design experiments/trouble shoot any arising problems. To maintain proper experimental documentation records in LNB and ELN specific formats.

1) Preparation and review of clinical study report for various regulatory agencies like USFDA, EMA, Canada, ANVISA, ROW market(both clinical and PK-Stat portion)
2) eCTD related activities as per regulatory guidance
3) Preparation of various additional documents (e.g. OGD table, CSBE, BSIF, BTIF etc.) as per respective agency requirement .
4) Handling and archival of finally submitted bio-study reports
