Quality Control Manager-12 – 18 years – Palasbari,Assam
Primary responsibility:
1. Ensure compliance to cGMP/GDP/ cGLP at all operational activities.
2. To ensure the calibration and maintenance of instruments/equipments as per procedure.
3. Responsible for management of GLC section to plan the Qualification, Calibration and verification of all working standard, instrument and equipments.
4. To ensure the validity of all available impurities, reference, Calibration and working standards.
5. To ensure the procurement and management of impurities, reference standards, calibration standards etc.
6. Planning, execution, review of all the activity of GLP section.
7. To conduct the training session as required for cGLP, QC procedure and CGMP.
8. Handling of LIMS, LMS, EDMS, Track wise and Empower software.
9. To implement the GLP procedure and management of reagent chemical and glassware.
10. To ensure Lab consumables are procured of standard and are managed with full records of receipt, storage, issuance and disposal.
11. To review the QC documents in LIMS & EDMS (e.g. specification, Protocols, ATP, SOP and calibration data.)
12. Provide support to any query related to instrument/ equipment to all Q.C analyst.
13. To review the daily monitoring of temperature of cooling chamber and hygrometer.
14. To participate and close the investigation for deviation, Incidents, OOT , OOS and OOC
15. To prepare the certificate of analysis for all working standards as when required.
16. To raise the change control related to quality control.
17. To review activity that come under GLP scope as AMC/ Calibration schedule/ indent/ LIMS/METIS.
18. Responsible for adherence of safety norms in the Quality Control Laboratory

PROCESS EQUIPMENT QUALIFICATION
Injectable Process equipment qualification by following the life cycle management strategy i.e. from URS to qualification, maintenance till retirement [rotary vial washing machine, Depyrogenation tunnel, filling and capping machine isolator, external vial washing machine, Lyophilizer, manufacturing and filtration vessels, UDAFs, DPB etc.
UTILITIES & AREA QUALIFICATION
Utility qualification like compressed air generation and distribution system, nitrogen gas distribution system, pure steam generation and distribution system, WFI generation.
Installation Qualification and Operational Qualification of the BMS.
Qualification of the purified water distribution loop, compressed air and nitrogen.
Heating Ventilation and Air conditioning and Area Qualification catering to Injectable process area, Quality Control, Microbiology, Warehouse and Production Area from URS to PQ.
Installation Qualification, Operational Qualification and Performance Qualification of the Environmental Monitoring System (EMS) of Quality Control Lab, Microbiology area, Warehouse and Production.
Preferred candidate profile : B Pharm with 3-9 Years of Experience in Parenteral Pharma Plant
