🔹 Position: Officer / Trainee – IPQA
🔹 Department: In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA)
🔹 Experience: 1–2 Years
🔹 Work Location: Pithampur, Madhya Pradesh

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Monitor and ensure compliance with GMP requirements during manufacturing and packaging activities.
✅ Perform in-process checks and verify compliance with approved specifications and procedures.
✅ Review and maintain batch manufacturing and packaging records (BMR/BPR), as applicable.
✅ Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
✅ Monitor line clearance, area cleanliness, and process compliance during production activities.
✅ Identify and report deviations, discrepancies, and non-conformities to the concerned department.
✅ Coordinate with Production and Quality Control teams to maintain product quality and process compliance.

🎯 Who Should Apply?

Candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical IPQA department.

Knowledge of GMP, SOPs, in-process checks, and pharmaceutical documentation.

Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and a quality-focused mindset.
