We are hiring! We are inviting applicants for Associate Scientist/Senior Associate Scientist- Oligonucleotide in the Syngene Amgen Research Center (SARC), Bangalore.
Qualification & Skills:
⦿ MSc (Chemistry/Biochemistry/Biotech) with 6-12 years of experience in Oligo Synthesis & Purification
⦿ Independently handling automated oligo synthesis using solid-phase e.g., OP100, Mermade, etc., and taking responsibility for troubleshooting in case of challenges.
⦿ Interpretation of HPLC/LCMS analysis of oligonucleotides and peptides (ESI, MALDI-TOF, Orbitrap, APCI, Q-TOF, MS/MS, etc.)
⦿ Knowledge of oligonucleotide purification techniques
⦿ Focus on the deliverable of the project right from Initiation to end
⦿ Ability to work with leadership and management team
