Job Description
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage all production operators/Technicians to ensure they are given the guidance and training to be able to do their jobs at high level and to ensure quality standards are met.
- To achieve organizational level targets pertaining to safety, quality and production .
- Implement Good Manufacturing Procedures (GMP) to drive efficiencies and high standards of hygiene.
- Planning and managing the shift manpower to ensure timely targets are met.
- Trouble-shooting of manufacturing on-floor equipments
- Document and maintain activity records according to cGMP regulations
- Working knowledge on SAP and handling of Customer Audits.
Qualifications:
Degree in Chemical Engineering or Bio-technology
Essential:
- Strong knowledge in Production processes.
- Strong proficiency in Microbiology and Engineering principles
- Problem Solving / Trouble Shooting
- Good documentation skills
- Planning & Time Management
Desirable:
- People Management
- Decision making skills
- Inter-personal effectiveness
Work Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering OR Bio-Technology with 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in FMCG/pharmaceutical/nutraceutical operations.
