Roles and Responsibilities
Manage all production operators/Technicians to ensure they are given the guidance and training to be able to do their jobs at high level and to ensure quality standards are met.
To achieve organizational level targets pertaining to safety, quality and production .
Implement Good Manufacturing Procedures (GMP) to drive efficiencies and high standards of hygiene.
Planning and managing the shift manpower to ensure timely targets are met.
Trouble-shooting of manufacturing on-floor equipments
Document and maintain activity records according to cGMP regulations
Working knowledge on SAP and handling of Customer Audits.
Essential:
- Strong knowledge in sterilization procedure, inoculation and DCS system
- Strong proficiency in Microbiology and Engineering principles
- Problem Solving / Trouble Shooting
- Good documentation skills
- Planning & Time Management
Desirable:
- People Management
- Decision making skills
- Inter-personal effectiveness
