- Post Name: Team Member – Microbiology
- Qualification: M.Sc. Microbiology or Food science with 4 to 6 years of experience in relevant field preferably from food, dairy, nutrition, nutraceutical and pharma industry. Understanding exposure to FSSC 22000 , FSSAI, APHA, cGMP, ISO, HALAL, KOSHER will be an added advantage. .

Job Role & Responsibilities:
Exposure to Autoclave (vertical & horizontal) operations and complete validation handling.
Exposure to Microbial limit test related to raw material and finished product.
Hands on experience on Media preparation.
Hands on experience on Laboratory disinfectant preparation and laboratory cleaning procedure.
Environment monitoring of laboratory as well as production area.
Hands on experience on Microbial culture handing.
Plate observation and results entries in LIMS.
Good documentation practices and exposure to cGMP and LIMS.
Exposure on RM and finished good sampling procedure.
Exposure to Water sampling and Analysis.

- Lab Testing Procedures & Analytical Skills
- Expertise in LIMS
- Quality Management System
Desirable Attributes:
- SAP Working knowledge
