• Processing of Outgoing & Incoming Billings with Other Airlines & including rejections & re-bills
• Evaluation of Correspondence on SIS Web
Sales:
• Reconciliation of Sales reports & handling missing Sale cases
• Processing of Sales documents
Uplift and Usage Mismatch:
• Flight reconciliation & handling flight mismatches
• Updating of Paper documents/MCO/Excess baggage
• Processing of duplicate usage /unreported usage
Master Data Maintenance:
• Knowledge of interpretation of various Special Prorate Agreements (SPAs).
• Knowledge of various masters to be maintained by an airline.
