• Handle customer queries via voice calls
• Provide effective resolution to customer queries
• Minimum qualification: 10+2
• Freshers & experienced candidates can apply
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English & Hindi
• Customer-oriented approach
• Ready to work in 24/7 shifts
• Typing speed of 30 WPM with 90% accuracy
• Cab facilities available(Odd hours)
• Complete Work from Office
• Immediate joiners preferred

Work Schedule

• Total: 10 hours
• 9 hours working time
• 1 hour break
• 5 days working 2 days rotational week off
• TCTC: 210000 to 242000
