Job Description: We have requirement for the post of IT Service Desk Analyst in NIIT Technologies Ltd !
Interview will be Telephonic / Video with shortlisted candidates. PFB the Job Description
- Technical helpdesk or technical call centre experience is preferred.
- Disciplined, systematic problem solving skills required.
- Hands-on work experience with the following.
- Working knowledge of Skype for Business and Microsoft Teams.
- Windows Operating systems : Windows10.
- Knowledge of Active Directory (User access management).
- ITSM ticketing tool – Service Now.
- Knowledge of remote desktop connectivity applications.
- Handling calls/emails/web tickets as per defined SLA,
- Opening trouble tickets and routing as per the defined process, resolving Service requests, remotely resolve issues.
- Good knowledge of troubleshooting issues, remote access issues
- Excellent written and spoken skills (English), active listening skills
- Able to articulate and speak with clear voice
- Able to understand the business’s objectives
- Good team player
