The opportunity
To involve in Method development and Method validation and Subject sample analysis for sample processing.
Analyst role is assigned to analyst in the Analyst software. This privileges in the Analyst software are assigned so that Analyst can perform all the activities.
Preparation of validation protocol, validation Report and method SOP. To ensure that the training is received as per the SOP’s, GLP
Principles, protocol and to document in employee training log before start of the project.
To ensure to get trained in required areas of responsibilities
To perform daily calibration of instruments/equipments used during project.
To perform maintenance and periodic calibration of instrument / equipment during the project or as and when required.
To make online entries for calibration, routine preventive maintenance and breakdown/repair, in logbooks of all the instruments/equipments in bioanalytical department.
To make online entries of all project related activities daily in respective logbooks.
To complete the documentation of project related activities and compile the raw data.
To process the samples as per method validation protocol /method SOP and document in raw data file. To record method development activity in respective project book.
To load the sample as per analysis sequence with the help of operator or designee.
To perform data entry into Microsoft excel sheet of respective project folder.
To retrieve and store plasma samples with the help of deep freezer custodian.
To receive blank plasma sample and subject samples from clinical department/other facilities and document in respective log book.
