Role & responsibilities:
1) Production
Experience – 2 to 15 years
Qualification – B.Tech/ B.E (Chemical)
• Pharma API exposure must.
• Good knowledge of GMP with and EHS.
• Exposure of running API manufacturing Equipment eg. Reactor, Filtration equipment, Dryers etc.
• Experience on plant documentation for Process and Cleaning validations, Deviations, Change controls.
• Good Knowledge of Chemical Engineering.
2) Quality Assurance and Quality Control
Experience – 1 to 12 years
Qualification M.Sc
• Pharma API exposure must
• Understanding of GMP & GLP.
• Must have worked in USFDA approved plant.
• Monitoring and follow-up of corrective and preventive actions.
• Involving in investigation, calibration, maintenance, training activities.
• Exposure to Trackwise software
3) Instrumentation
Experience -5 to 10 years
Qualification – B.E/ B.Tech (Instrumentation)
• Pharma API exposure must
• Experience of calibration of field instrument. Must have worked on HART protocol based instruments & transmitters working & maintenance.
• Understanding with cGMP, GDP.
• Exposure to SCADA System, HMI, DAS-Rockwell/ Siemens/ Emerson and in UPS system
