Role & responsibilities
Study start-up: Site identification, evaluation, selection, EC submission dossier preparation, Site contract / CTA
Site management for clinical trial : Site initiation & liaisoning, Site staff training, re-training, Oversee sites on patient recruitment, patient retention etc., Site recruitment issue/trouble-shooting, Study monitoring, ensure data quality, Support site audits ,Site close out Management of clinical trial supplies
Vendor management
Project management : Tracking timelines & budget , Site & vendor invoice payments
coordinate with cross functional teams

M. Pharm / M.Sc (Clinical Research) with 02-05 Yrs of Relevant Experience

EXECUTIVE – PILOT PLANT
Main activities or responsibilities of the job and the end result the job is expected to achieve
- To understand chemistry reaction mechanism and process of APIs and Intermediates from MCD scientists
- To observe lab batches and provide inputs for the process development that are safe, robust, scalable, reproducible and commercially viable
- To carry out the process evaluation
- To accomplish and review literature search for advanced tools used in scale up
- To execute the pilot plant batches
- To conduct demonstration and validation of the process at lab as well as at Manufacturing sites
- To trouble shooting if required during execution.
- To evaluate equipment fitment for Pilot plant batch/exhibit batch.
- To evaluate stability data.
The other ancillary activities to the primary activities performed.
- To carry out complete documentation of projects.
- To evaluate pilot plant batch.
- To execute GMP batch at LLM site.
