Role & responsibilities :

To do literature review of the product packaging to support in product development.

To perform Reverse engineering of RLDs for packaging development activities.

To select feasibility packaging option for stability study.

To carry out machine and feasibility trials to evaluate packaging material.

Execution and Monitoring of Lab Batches.

Create and closure of change control and its action items in Trackwise.

Assist to resolve the market complaint, CAPA, Deviation and Incidence.

Awareness of cGMP and SOPs as per requirement in documentation.

Preparation and review of validation protocol and reports.

Timely updated, maintaining & review of Lab notebook, machine log book and PIS.

Timely execution of activity within timeframe.

Maintaining, calibration, cleaning, and operation of packaging lab equipment.

Ensure the availability of packaging material at day-store and central store.

To make literature review presentation to team (FND/Quality/Patent/TT/ADL) to support in product development.

To execute stability batches timely in different types of packing configurations as per final strategy.

To ensure availability of materials as per project timelines.

To participate in review 1, 2, 3, product status presentation and presenting packaging details to cress functional team.

To do machine and change parts selection according to project requirements.

To evaluate new packaging material/ new packaging machine as per product requirement.

To ensure all documents (MPD, Bracketing, packaging configuration, PDR, Risk assessment, N-Nitrosamine etc.) completion on time.

To ensure smooth execution and completion of exhibit batches/ Bio batches/ Clinical trial batches.

Preferred candidate profile :

• Post Graduate / IIP Diploma Candidate
• Packaging Development at R&D
• Konw-how of SAP activity
