📍 Job location – R&D Centre, Gandhinagar, Gujarat.

🔧 Job Profile & Exposure for Global market –

• Literature search related to API/ Formulation and preparing IP landscape reports.

• To prepare FTO (freedom to operate) analysis for formulation/ API and Intermediates.

• Patent infringement analysis of formulations / API and providing IP clearance to F&D / API teams.

• Providing preliminary IP status for countries of interest.

• Patentability analysis and drafting of patent application

• Ensure updation of the report.
