Job Title: Quality Assurance (QA) – Personal Care & OTC Manufacturing

Experience Required: 2–5 years

Umendra Life Sciences Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) professional to ensure that our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility upholds the highest industry standards.
Your Role:

As a key player in our QA team, you will ensure that our manufacturing, raw materials, and finished products meet regulatory standards, including GMP, ISO 22716, FDA, EU regulations, and BIS. Your goal? Prevent defects before they happen by implementing strong quality systems, documentation, and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

● Develop and implement SOPs for manufacturing (Production, filling & packaging), and warehouse QA/QC.

● Ensure compliance with FDA, EU Cosmetics Regulation, BIS, and the Indian Drug & Cosmetics Act.

● Conduct internal audits and prepare for regulatory inspections.

● Review and approve Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packing Records (BPR) & Master Formula Records (MFR).

● Implement QMS (Quality Management System) for quality deviations.

● Train employees on GMP, GLP, and hygiene standards.

● Oversee labeling, claims validation, and documentation for regulatory compliance.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

● 2-5 years of experience in Personal Care & OTC Manufacturing QA.

● Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality systems.

● Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.

● Ability to drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.

● Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field and/or related experience.

● Proficiency in MS Office for documentation and reporting.

● Good communication and teamwork abilities.
