M.Sc. qualification in a relevant scientific discipline.
8–12 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
Strong knowledge of research and development processes.
Ability to lead R&D activities and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Good technical, analytical, and leadership skills.
