Role & responsibilities
Prepare the monthly production plan with production team” and follow up for the availability of RM and PM on daily basis to get the 100% achievement.
Compare the Monthly Production Plan with the Actual Monthly Plan.
Maintain the safety stock of RM, PM and communication with warehouse team to check the physical stock of solvents, RM, PM.
Cross checking of old & revised “MRP” for all the products.
Follow up for RM & PM to be dispatch & receipt on time as per the procurement lead time.
Coordination with the H.O. PPIC team to ensure the ”Priority” or ”Urgency” of the products to achieve the target plan and fulfill the market urgent requirement.
Coordination with QA team to release the FG timely.
Coordination with Warehouse team to dispatch the FG timely.
Coordination with the H.O. Purchase team to follow up the ”RM – PM Procurement” for the respective month plan
Preferred candidate profile
Any Graduate with MBA Supply chain and must having experience in pharmaceutical in PPIC at plant level.
