Minimum 1 years experience in Pharma formulation
Job profile
1. Responsible for SOP implementation and monitoring of the same at the shop floor.
2. Responsible for online documentation of Batch Packing records.
3. Responsible for monitoring of any incident, deviation and non conformances occurred during the packing.
4. Responsible for monitoring of in process control and line clearance.
5. Responsible for review of completed batch documents for completeness with respect to all attachments.
6. Responsible for the cross check of the materials while receipt and issuance.
7. Responsible review of analytical and batch documents in advance to the dispatch.
8. Responsible for batch record archival and updation of batch documents index.
9. Responsible for collection of control samples, stability samples and finished goods samples as per SOP.
10. Responsible for issuing of formats, log books, SOP’s and BMRs/BPRs.
11. Responsible for archival of executed BMRs/BPRs.
12. Responsible for the stereo management.

We are hiring for QC Officers / Executives
Minimum 1 years experience in pharma formulations
Roles and Responsibilities
- Sampling and analysis of water and Environment samples for Microbiological testing as per Standard testing and operational procedures.
- Analysis of RM, FG i.e. Microbial Limit Test.
- Trending of results for water, environment monitoring & MLT of Finished goods.
- Maintain receipt and reconciliation of dehydrated media/readymade media, prepared stock media.
- Maintain receipt and storage of BET reagent & to perform bacterial endotoxin test as per SOP, STP.
- Maintenance receipt and sub culturing of Microbial culture.
- Chemical testing of water as per SOP, STP.
- Reviewing of Data in Microbiology Lab.
- Maintain receipt and storage of Log Books stock.
- To maintain GLP as per GMP requirement.
- Disposal of Microbiological media as per SOP, STPs.
- Maintain inventory of consumables / spares for Autoclave & autoclave operation as per SOP, STP.
- Operation and sterility monitoring of Laminar Air Flow bench
- To impart training to all Microbiology Lab persons.
- To perform method validation of RM & FG.
- Handling of CAPA, OOS, OOT, Investigation, Deviation & Change control & timely execution.
- To prepare SOPs, STPS & Specification of Microbiology Section.
- Daily work allotment to Microbiology lab personnel.
- Validation & Calibration of Microbiology lab instruments & equipment
