The main responsibility is to review and follow-up on various tasks delegated by the Managing Director to the senior leadership team.
Technical Sales/Business development of pharmaceutical excipients and actives.
Visiting pharmaceutical R&D and purchase team for product promotion in order to generate business inquires for new product development and also in replacement of cost cutting and alternate vendor development formulations.
Adept in Business development of pharmaceutical excipients for Regulated ROW and other markets.
Complete customer support for entire process starting with development studies followed by sample support, documents support and up to the commercial level.
Visiting Product management team for concept selling of a product which includes Concept for the product, product positioning, product budget and costing till product launch.
Identify new principals for the materials, developing customer centric inputs on the same.
Responsible for internal suggestions and principal relationship management.
Responsible for adequate market mapping and competitor landscape analysis through primarily through field visit and interacting with customers.
Ensured quality and consistent marketing communication with both internal and external stakeholders in line with pharmaceutical code of conduct.
Generated new business opportunities from new customers along with retention of old customers.
Compiled and analyzed sales data of team and also competitor marketing information.
Co-ordinating with different parallel departments such as quality; production; regulatory; finance; legal; logistics and quality teams to ensure smooth functioning of all projects and timely deliveries of orders where applicable.
Prepare respective presentation materials as required and contribute to budgeting, reporting, and planning business activities.

The ideal candidate for this position will excel if he / she can keep their calm in a high pressure environment focussed on service delivery.
The candidate should be detail oriented and a creative problem solver.
Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
-Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters Degree in Pharmacy / Science / MBA
-Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and Google Workspace
-Good Communication skills, written and verbal. Report drafting skills are a must.
