Role & responsibilities
- Operation and cleaning of the equipment as per standard operating procedures and recording of activities in the batch production and control records and logbooks.
- Performing balance verification and calibration.
- Verification of dispensed raw and packing materials.
- Transfer, storage and recording of materials/batches in in-process stores.
- Checking environmental conditions of the respective area and recording in respective logbooks and batch records.
- Cleaning of accessories and change parts.
- Cleaning, inspection and storage of Tooling.
- Performing inspection activity of tablets.
- Preparation and updating of status labels upon the start & completion of the activity.
- Supporting engineering team while carrying out preventive maintenance and during breakdowns.

IPQA :
- To perform In Process Quality Assurance (IPQA) activities in order to ensure cGMP compliance.
- To certify line clearance.
- To perform In Process Testing.
- To perform sampling of In- process, finished bulk, Hold time and finished product, as per the product BPCR or approved protocol.
- To verify the timely completion of Batch Manufacturing and Control Records.
- To withdraw control, stability, micro, bio study and customer samples of the finished Products.
- To perform calibration of different IPQA Instruments.
- To report changes and incidents observed.
- To monitor dispensing activities in Warehouse department.
- Environmental monitoring of Warehouse and Process area.
QA :
- Issuance, retrieval, destruction and archival of controlled copies of Batch Manufacturing Records, Batch Packaging records, Hold time study protocols, cleaning validation protocol, Process Validation Protocols and Reports, Exhibit Batch protocols, Batch sampling plans, Stability protocols, Organogram, Layouts, Master Label Text Approval and Scale up batch documents.
- Issuance, retrieval and archival of controlled copies of master formats and standard operating procedures.
- Competent basic knowledge about Computer application, like Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint with current requirement.
- Issuance, retrieval and archival of controlled copies of Specifications and STPs.
- Compilation of attribute data related to process and Laboratory, its review.
- Management of control samples, periodic inspection and ensuring compliance to cGMP.
Production Supervisor :
- Supervision of shift wise activities on the shop floor for manufacturing and packing.
- Checking cleanliness of the equipment and area as per checklist.
- Performing line clearance, in process checks and recording of the same in batch record during manufacturing and packing.
- Checking and recording of environmental conditions of the manufacturing and packing areas.
- Calibration of weighing balances.
- Verification of raw and packing materials
- Receipt, verification and storage of accessories received from vendor.
- Review batch records and logbooks.
