- Candidate should be fluent in speaking Telugu language.
- A High School Diploma or Graduate
- Prior customer service experience of 1 to 3yrs in Domestic or International voice & chat process
- Should be comfortable with Night Shift (Flexible with 24 / 7 & Rotational Shifts and Rotational off)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficient reading skills
- Able to work positively in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Basic PC keyboarding skills, basic Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) experience required
- It can be either work from office or work from home. Candidate should be comfortable with both.
- Demonstrate ability to perform at a high level, to support our high volume of inbound Customer calls/queries
