• Hands-on experience with Optima AUC Analytical Ultracentrifuge.
• Method development and qualification/validation of Capillary Electrophoresis (CE) methods.
• Experience with SEC-MALS, protein characterization using CD Spectroscopy, Spectrofluorometer.
• Strong understanding of cGMP, QMS, and ALCOA++ principles.

Designation :Scientist

• Positions: 10
• Experience: 4-6 Years

Education: M.Sc. Biotechnology / B.Tech Biotechnology

• MSD (Meso Scale Discovery/ECL) assay development and validation.
• Clinical ELISA assay development and validation.
• ADA screening, confirmatory titer assays, cell-based and non-cell-based NAb assays.
• PK assay development and validation along with assay troubleshooting and optimization.

Designation :Scientist

• Positions: 10
• Experience: 4-6 Years

Education: M.Sc. Biotechnology / B.Tech Biotechnology

• Good knowledge and experience in HPLC, LC-MS, IR, Capillary Electrophoresis (CE), spectrophotometers and other analytical instruments
• Knowledge of cGMP, ICH and other regulatory guidelines; familiarity with LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System).
