We are looking for a senior formulation leader to drive new product development across gummies, softgels and protein powders, from concept and pilot trials through scale-up, stability and commercial launch.

What we are looking for:

• M.Pharm / M.Sc / M.Tech (Food Tech, Nutrition) / Ph.D
• 8–12+ years in nutraceutical formulation R&D
• Hands-on experience with gummies, softgels and protein powders
• FSSAI / nutraceutical regulatory knowledge and team leadership
