Required Technical Skill Set :SCCM & Intune Administrator – L3
Must-Have
- Extensive experience in the implementation, administration and configuration of SCCM Enterprise environment
- Contribute to development and ongoing improvement of industry best practices and standards for deploying enterprise desktop technologies
- Create and manage operating system images for different hardware models supported by the company using Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
- Build and maintain deployments/collections/applications/packages/task sequences
- Deploy Microsoft and 3rd party patches to client machines throughout the enterprise
- Intermediate skills using Active Directory in a distributed global environment, basic scripting ability using batch files, Vbscript, Powershell etc., and basic knowledge of networking technologies such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
- Experience with Office 365 deployment methods
- Experience with deployment, upgrade and management of Windows 10
- Working knowledge of Windows 10 Feature Updates
- AGPM for policy management and deployment
Good-to-Have
- Provide 3rd level support for Desktop Support teams
- Investigate, analyze and resolve technical issues and actively pursue mechanisms for preventing, or automating the response to reoccurrences
