· Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) – especially when the need to directly engage with customers is required
· Maintains a strong understanding of technology and its application to achieve business objectives
· Practical experience of IT Service Management in a complex IT operations environment
· Strong exposure in key aspects of IT infrastructure, including desktop hardware, enterprise applications, databases, storage, networks, and all types of servers
