Job Description:1)Physical presence on seat with defined timelines and welcoming the visitors/clients/employees as per defined standards. Inventory of Visitor card, Temp Card, I Card, call register and share with DR on weekly basis. Call transfer to the concerned dept or person, board room / meeting room bookings. Control on security guard posted at Reception during time of frisking of laptop bag and other storage devises if any. Availability at Front Desk 80% Sharing the reports related to FO 5% Interaction with visitor / guest / employee 5% Brings inconsistencies and problems to the attention of management. 5% Responding to calls and mails which effects operations in timely manner 5% Minimum Knowledge, Competencies & Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be very presentable Local resident Time management skills Planning and Record Keeping (documentation) work will be given. Gurugram center location
