Key Responsibilities
- Producing APIs according to pre-approved instruction.
- Ensuring all production batch records, equipment logs are completed on line with signature and follow labelling procedure as per SOP.
- Responsible for verifying the weights and labels of raw materials/ MLs receiving from Process /Issuing recovery to Process.
- Coordinating with Engineering department for ensuring maintenance related works
- Reporting of all reported production deviations.
- Responsible for following safety procedures, wearing PPE as appropriate and following spill control procedures.
- Cleaning of all production facilities and disinfect when appropriate and record the details in respective.
- Perform the necessary calibrations and record the details in respective registers with signature.
- Responsible for carrying of all work permits for approval to other departments.
- Documentation of cGMP, QMS & EMS related activities.
- Maintaining cGMP in the plant.
- Receiving spent solvent & recovery materials and checking their volumes.
- Accountable for maintenance the House Keeping and Monitoring the inputs and outputs by maintaining the online documentation.
