Roles and Responsibilities
Monitor and support technology adsorption of new molecules from R&D.
Monitor scale up of API products from Kilo Lab to Plant scale (ensuring smooth Scale-Up from Lab scale to Plant scale).
Preparation of PFD (Process Flow Diagram), P&ID (Piping & Instrumentation Diagram).
preparation of Material & Energy balance for existing and new process.
preparation of process cycle times & process equipment mapping.
Identify the cycle time for capacity enhancement of different products ,by identifying bottleneck equipment & debottlenecking the same.
Identify and minimizing of solvent losses in production blocks & support for implementation of SRS.
Designing of process equipments, utility looping, with peak load and capacity determination calculations, etc.
Responsible for analysis of incidence, corrective & preventive action to ensure zero accidents.
Responsible for closely monitoring the unit operations & updating to higher officials if any abnormality occurs in a batch process.
Supporting for vendor interaction in verifying the design of an equipment, and checking the feasibility of the equipments at site.
Trouble shooting in Manufacturing issues with respect to yield & Quality.
Responsible for preparation report for selection of Equipments & Suitability justification.
Responsible to initiate all kinds of Continuous Improvements to achieve excellence
Compile and report all the results
