Dear Candidate,

We are conducting walk-in drive on 04th April (Saturday) for the positions in our API Process R&D.

• Position Name: Research Chemist/Senior Research Chemist/Research Associate
• Experience: 2 to 5 years ( Strictly Allowed)
• Qualification: M.Sc Organic Chemistry

Work location: Hyderabad

Walk-in Date: 04 April 2026 (Saturday)

Time: 10 AM to 12.00 PM

Venue:-Chemveda life Sciences Admin Building,1st Floor,Plot No. B-11/1, IDA Uppal, Hyderabad-500 072.

Key Skills and Competencies:

1. Come up with planning & execution strategy of project to deliver within the given time lines.

2. Independently plan and execute reactions and with proper reagents and equipments, maintaining specified conditions with optimum usage and minimum wastage.

3. Ensure material quality before using for the reaction and perform the reactions with proper precautions.

4. Identify the critical process parameters in the reaction, and write the proper observations in the lab note book.

5. Identify and execute appropriate work-up and purification techniques to produce an intermediates and final compounds of desired quality and quantity and with minimum support from seniors.

6. Identify & implement in-process control wherever required based on the discussion with the project manager.

7. Independently analyze analytical data and evaluate and interpret results from the synthesis and report.

8. Meet productivity benchmarks on number of reactions, steps, compounds, quantity and quality and timelines.

9. Validate the process in lab by performing three batches.

10. Responsibility of scale-up of developed projects at pilot scales as well as in manufacturing plant.

11. Write BPRs / process development reports for the optimized projects.

12. Monitor reactions by observing progress by using analytical techniques.

13. Prepare weekly project reports and final reports as per the requirement.

14. Support project managers in finalizing the estimation of the project by identifying relevant literature, proposing appropriate synthetic protocols, routes, reaction design and by assessing project risks and challenges.

15. Guide junior team members and ensure safety compliance and in enforcement of good laboratory practices.

16. Identify and mitigate any potential safety risk with the help of supervisor and team members.

17. Maintain strict IP confidentiality and adhere to all related policies.

18. Good communication with lab members and Cross Functional Teams.
