We are seeking a precision-driven professional for the Research Chemist/Research Research Chemist/Research Associate role within our Analytical R&D (ARD)

Key Responsibilities:
Analytical Method Development: Developing and optimizing robust analytical methods (primarily HPLC/UPLC) for monitoring complex chemical processes, intermediates, and final APIs.
Method Validation & Transfer: Conducting method validation as per ICH guidelines and ensuring smooth technology transfer to the Quality Control or Production teams.
Impurity Profiling: Identifying and quantifying impurities, degradation products, and residual solvents to support the Process R&D team in refining synthetic routes.
Advanced Instrumentation: Troubleshooting and maintaining high-end equipment including HPLC, GC, LC-MS, and other spectroscopic tools to ensure non-stop analytical support.
Documentation & Compliance: Maintaining precise lab notebooks and preparing high-quality analytical reports, specifications, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Who we’re looking for:
Education: M.Sc. in Analytical Chemistry / Organic Chemistry
Experience: 2–4 years of core experience in Analytical Method Development (AMD)/HPLC/GC/LC-MC/ Prep HPLC within a CRDMO/CDMO/CRO setup.
Technical Expertise: Expert-level proficiency in HPLC and a strong understanding of process chemistry requirements.
