Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct quality control tests on bulk drugs, BMRs, and reactors to ensure compliance with pharmaceutical standards.
• Monitor production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to API manufacturing, batch management, and productivity optimization.
• Develop and maintain documentation of test results, protocols, and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Ensure adherence to cGMP guidelines and company policies throughout all aspects of production chemistry operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-7 years of experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry (API Manufacturing).
• Strong understanding of bulk drug manufacturing processes, including BMR preparation and reactor operation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry (B.Sc) or equivalent qualification required; Master’s degree preferred.
