Roles and Responsibilities

Oversee daily production planning, ensuring timely execution of batches and meeting quality standards.

Manage manpower handling, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.

Coordinate field operations to ensure smooth plant maintenance and minimize downtime.

Plan and execute chemical production processes such as distillation, hydrogenation, solvent recovery, GLR (Gas Leakage Reduction), reactors filtration etc.

Implement PPC (Production Planning & Control) principles to optimize productivity and efficiency.

Handling of multiple unit operations and processes simultaneously

Knowledge of safety practices is a must.

Experience in handling hazardous chemicals and solvents

Basic knowledge of process safety standards (MSDS) & general industry standards

Operating of GLR and SS reactor, Centrifugal pump, piston pump, vacuum pump, Jet Ejector system.

Desired Candidate Profile

3-8 years of experience in chemical engineering or related field with expertise in Batch Planning, Daily Production Planning, Shop Floor Control. etc

Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry (B.Sc.) or Chemical Engineering (B. Tech/B.E.).

Strong understanding of DCS Operation, Production Planning, Field Operations, Manpower Handling.
