Roles and Responsibilities
- Support the Acquisition teams in offer letter management, and candidate onboarding
- Audit pre-hire documents of the candidate and ensure compliance and approvals are in place as per the defined hiring matrix
- Manage candidates on Application Tracking System
- Be the checker for all offer documentations and ensure compliance
- Handling New hire Payroll inputs and other allowances
- Candidate status reporting with high quality and accuracy mailbox management, analyze various reports for effective follow-up with the stakeholders on the key elements of the onboarding process.
- Coordinate with all the other team members internally and with other groups within Recruiting Services to drive for quality and SLAs on all deliverables.
- Generate offers using ATS Avature as per SLA and guidelines.
- Adhere daily targets are met for offers
- Ensure Offer Letter Compliance
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any stream with 2-4 years of experience
- Excellent communication skills-verbal and written
- Experience of preparing offer letters/offer generation AND Candidate onboarding.
- Good email writing skills
- Excellent reporting skills and knowledge of Microsoft Products such as Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Word
- Experience of working on Applicant Tracking Systems (Taleo, SAP, Avature etc.)
- Excellent reporting skills involving MS Excelhigh-end reporting
