A Growth Associate conducts property scouting, site visits, and data analysis to identify potential properties for acquisition or partnership. They engage with property owners, evaluate properties based on predefined criteria, and gather necessary information for negotiations.

Conduct property scouting activities to identify potential properties for acquisition or partnership.
Perform site visits and inspections to evaluate properties based on predefined criteria.
Gather and analyze property-related data, including location, condition, market trends,and potential
profitability.
Identify and gather contact details of property owners for further engagement and negotiations
What qualifications can enhance the chances of shortlisting?
Proven experience in field sales.
Fluent in Kannada.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory
