Walk-in Interview – Quality Control / Quality Assurance Department, Zydus Biologics

Zydus Biologics (Biotech Park) invites candidates for a walk-in interview on Saturday, 21^st March 2026, from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm at our Zydus Biologics facility.

For all the positions mentioned candidates should have 2-5 years of experience and should be from M.Sc. – Biotech/ Microbiology / Biochemistry background.

Q.C. Chemical Analyst: Candidates should have experience in protein analysis, HPLC, Capillary Electrophoresis, molecular biology, bioassays, and related laboratory documentation. Responsibilities include reviewing documents, test reports, calibration records, logbooks, and formats associated with protein analysis, instrumentation, molecular biology, and bioassays. The role also involves investigating incidents, deviations, and Out-of-Specification (OOS) results generated during laboratory analysis.

Q.C. RM/PM: Candidates should have experience in the analysis and sampling of Raw Materials and Packing Materials. Hands-on expertise in HPLC, UV spectroscopy, Karl Fischer titration, and Titrator operations is required.

Q.C. Microbiology Analyst: Candidates should have experience in environmental monitoring, including air sampling, settling plates, surface monitoring, and personnel monitoring. Additional expertise in water testing, bioassays, Bacterial Endotoxin Testing (BET), Microbial Limit Testing (MLT), and sterility testing is required.

QA IPQA: Candidates should have experience in QA oversight (IPQA) related activities for drug substance manufacturing along with handling of process validations, batch release activities, cleaning validations, process investigation, OOS/OOT investigation, change control, deviation, CAPA and QMS activities.

QA Qualification/ Validation (Pharma Engineering): Responsible for reviewing and monitoring equipment & utility qualifications (Autoclave, Cold Room, Fermenter, Bioreactor, HVAC, Water System, etc.), calibration, Preventive maintenance, CSV and engineering oversight.

Exposure to cGMP/GLP documentation is essential.
