Zydus Biologics Opportunities in QC/ QA/IPQA/QMS

Opportunities in Quality Control / Quality Assurance Department of Zydus Biologics, Biotech Park, Ahmedabad

Executive / Senior Executive (Candidate must have 2 to 7 years exp.)

1. QC Chemical (M.Sc. Biotech) Candidate must have hands on experience in analysis of Protein analysis/ Instrumentation, Molecular biology, Bioassay, lab activity related documents. Responsible to review all the documents, test reports, calibration reports records, logbooks, and formats in relation to the activity of Protein analysis/ Instrumentation, Molecular biology, Bioassay and filling. To carry out investigation of Incident, Deviation and OOS generated during laboratory analysis.

2. IPQA : M.Sc. Biotech / Biochemistry / Microbiology Candidate must have hands on experience in QA Oversight activities of drug substance manufacturing/ warehouse and shop floor activities.

3. QC Microbiologist (M.Sc. Micro) Candidate should be responsible for Environmental Monitoring (Air Sampling, Settle Plate, Surface Monitoring, Personnel Monitoring) / Water testing /Bio Assay / BET Test / MLT / Sterility Testing etc.

4. QA Analytical (M.Sc. Biotech/Micro) Candidate must have hands on experience in review of Analytical Reports, Stability Protocols and data sheets, Investigation, Review and disposition of OOS, OOT, OOG & OOE results, handling of Incidents, Deviations, and Change Controls in the Laboratory along with review of all types of Qualification documents. Review and approval of all Lab Standard Operating Procedures.

5. QA QMS (M.Sc. Biotech/Micro) Candidate must have experience hands on experience in QMS related activities like Failure investigation, Quality events handling and investigations, change control, market complaint, conducting self-inspection, APQR, OOS/OOT trending etc.

For all above positions, candidate having exposure to regulatory requirement of documentation and cGMP/GLP is essential.
