Inviting candidates for a walk-in interview for Granulation & Capsule Operator for Zydus Sikkim (Zydus Unit II , ) on 10th January Saturday from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm
Key Job Description: Weighing, measuring, and dispensing raw materials according to batch records.
Ensuring proper identification and labeling of materials.
Operating granulation equipment.
Monitoring parameters like temperature, humidity, and mixing speed.
Adjusting process settings to achieve desired granule size and consistency.
Maintaining accurate batch manufacturing records (BMR).
Following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Reporting deviations or equipment malfunctions.
Performing in-process checks (moisture content, particle size distribution).
Keeping the work area clean and free of cross-contamination risks.
Following safety protocols for handling chemicals and machinery.
Requirements:
Qualification: ITI / Diploma
Years of Experience: 2-8 years
