Quality Assurance

IPQA (Non-Sterile Formulation)

Officer / Executive:  B. Pharm / M. Pharm candidates having 2-5 years of experience in IPQA for non-sterile formulation. Having a good knowledge of line clearance at Dispensing, Manufacturing, Filling and Packing stage / in-process quality checks at predefined frequency / Batch manufacturing and Batch packing records / review audit trails in equipment / review shopfloor logbooks / Shopfloor oversight / review breakdown and evaluate impact assessment

Quality Control (Analyst)

Officer / Executive: M.Sc. candidate having 3-7 years of experience. To perform analysis of raw material/in-process samples/intermediate/bulk & finished products/ process validation samples/ stability samples/ cleaning validation/method transfer sample etc., To perform the analysis on HPLC/GC/UV spectrophotometer/ Autotitrator / Dissolution apparatus etc., To follow Specifications, STP, GTP, and protocol during analysis, To inform the section head of any incidence/OOS/OOT/OOC on its immediate occurrence and for day-to-day activities. 

Having knowledge and worked in GLP section. To perform the calibration of instruments as per the planner and/or as and when required. To perform the instrument and software qualification and having good documentation skill. Preparation and handling of standards and to check the availability of analytical resources like chemicals/reagents /standards etc. To ensure laboratory inventory management.

Production

Officer / Executive: B.Pharm / M.Pharm candidate having 3-8 years of experience. The job requires knowledge of MFG of batch as per procedure with proper documentation/ perform line clearance of equipment and area / ensure proper handling and correct usage of respective process materials / verity-perform in-process checks and monitor all intermediate process manufacturing as per BMS & SOPs / neat and systematic work area at all times / Handling of in-process and batch rejection as per SOP / handling of labelling of area and equipment / handling of prepare, revise and implement the SOP and batch manufacturing records / Have knowledge of process/ machines like ointment manufacturing plant ,liquid manufacturing vessel / Exposure required of regulatory audits like MHRA/US FDA etc.

Packing

Officer / Executive: B.Pharm / M.Pharm candidate having 3–8 years of experience. Having a knowledge of line clearance procedure at each intermediate stage of the packing operation / Conduct in-process checks during all stages of the packaging process to ensure compliance with SOPs and batch records / Monitor shop floor activities, ensuring adherence to GMP and SOPs / Maintain online documentation and ensure real-time data entry for traceability / Ensure that products are packed and stored as per approved documentation to maintain product quality / Oversee the maintenance of packing equipment, premises, and documentation / Participate in internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of observations.

Operator / Technical Assistant: B.sc / Diploma / ITI candidate with 2-7 years of experience in tube filling, bottle filling and suppository filling. Job requirement of online batch documentation/ handling of Filling & packing machine as per SOP’s.
