To plan, supervise & perform method development, method validation and subject sample analysis as per relevant STPs, SOPs and Protocol.
To prepare and check the bioanalytical SOP.
To prepare and check method STP, method validation reports, analytical study reports, and BE protocols.
To perform and check the calibration of the pH meter and micro balance on a daily basis.
To plan and perform the preventive maintenance and calibration of instruments in a bioanalytical laboratory.
To check the record of analytical columns, analytical weights, and working standards.
To maintain and check the bio-medical waste, housekeeping and pest control records.
To prepare and check of bioanalytical documents, SOP, LNB, STP, Protocols, Reports.
Operation of LC-MS/MS instrument and generation of chromatograms and review of the result data.
To prepare the PK profile.
Communication with QA for verification of SOP, STP, Protocol, validation and analytical reports and other related activities.
Handling compliance activities for internal and in-process audits by QA.
Handling of deviation, incidence, and change control related activities.
To give the training of SOPs, STPs, and study protocol.
