Key Job Description:
To maintain the machine/equipment in a good condition to get the quality, productivity and less breakdown.
To check the material as per the dispensing sheet.
To co-ordinate with all departments i.e. with QC, QA, Eng., HR.
Set equipment/instrument parameter as mention in BMR.
To clean and assemble the equipment parts as per SOP.
To maintain the machine /equipment in a good condition to get the quality, productivity and less breakdown.
Ensure adherence to relevant SOPs for specific job.
Checking calibration /Preventive maintenance status of equipment’s and coordination with engineering department for further activity
Experience in packing and filing process of Packing dept.
Experience in operating Pharma Mfg. external formulation machine.
