Inviting candidates for a walk-in interview for Manufacturing plant at Baddi on 15^th  June (Sunday) from 9 am to 3 pm

VENUE:Zydus Lifesciences Limited Plot No. N-15, MIDC, Additional Ambernath, Anand Nagar, Ambernath (E), Thane – 421 506, Maharashtra.

 Date:14^th  June 2025(Sunday) 

 Time: 09:00 am to 03:00 pm.

Role & responsibilities

Reading of Standard Operating procedures (SOPs) to understand and to perform the activities as per Good manufacturing Practices and Safety norms..

To check and carry out unit operations as per standard operating procedure and records in BMR’s/ECRs.

To maintain housekeeping and cGMP in plant.

Ensure work assign by superior shall be completed within time line any other work assigned by superiors from time to time.

Daily Activities performance and recording as per SOP like Balance calibration, Cleaning and Sanitation, Differential pressure, maintaining of pH of Scrubber, Transferring of low COD and high COD effluent to ETP etc.

Maintaining of equipment status boards of each equipment as per current status.

Work planning for the shift / day as per the priorities set by the plant in charge/ Shift In charge.

To maintain cGMP & SAFETY in plant during operation.

Prior to start activity / operation, cross checking / verification of Raw Material quantities, Batch No / Lot number, physical appearance, equipment cleanliness, functionality and Instruments, availability of utilities.

Issuance, check and Ensure that Raw material, packaging material and cleaning material is received as per requirement mentioned in material requisition slip from warehouse and keep it to the designated area in plant.

Documents like BMR / ECR / Logbook review after completion of activity and submission to QA.

To ensure that the people while handling chemicals / solvents /products are using proper PPEs.

Preparation of daily production report.

Preferred candidate profile: 2 to 4 year experiance in API manufacturing
