• Department: Quality Control – Product Testing /Microbiology (Officer/Executive)/Vaccine Manufacturing (Cell Culture) (Officer/Executive)/* Formulation and Filling Officer /Executive
• Education: – Post-Graduate M Pharm./M.Sc. in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Lifesciences.
• Ø  Experience: – 2-5 years of hands-on experience in relevant field, preferred Biologics/pharma background.

      Quality Control – Product Testing /Microbiology (Officer/Executive)

Able to perform Biochemical techniques, Chromatography techniques, Electrophoresis techniques, Immuno assay techniques, Cell culture techniques and Molecular techniques

Understanding and experience with Stability and Analytical method validation (AMV).

To operate the LIMS and timely complete the analysis of sample.

To issue, observe the environmental monitoring plates.

To perform the sampling and analysis of water sample like WFI, PW, CS, RO and RAW.

To perform the Bioburden, specific pathogen test & BET in water sample

        Vaccine Manufacturing (Cell Culture) (Officer/Executive)

Responsible for cell revival, subculture, cell counting. Preparation of MCB/WCB.

Preparation of BMR, BPR. Able to perform documentation work.

Basic knowledge of performing Aseptic operations, working in Laminar Air Flow units.

Responsible for cell revival, subculture, cell counting of MRC-5 cells.

Preparation of MCB/WCB. Experience in Preparation of media and in process buffers in media mixing vessels.

Experience in handling Roller bottles, Cell stacks, TCF’s.

Preparation of SOP, BMR’s, Protocols related to cell culture / virus culture.

Experience in virus infection, virus harvesting procedures.

Experience in working with Chicken embryo fibroblast cells, pooling of embryos, seeding of RB’s.

Preparation of Media, in process solutions using preparation vessels.

      Formulation and Filling Officer /Executive.

Preparation of formulation as per BMR and approved procedures

Handling of equipment such vessel and filtration units

Maintain the aseptic operations during the activity

Handling of autoclave, vial washing machine and tunnel.

Operation and monitoring of filling machine

Perform filling machine setup sterilization and lance clearance before filling

Ensure adherence to aseptic techniques and gowning procedures

Co-ordination with QA, Engineering department and warehouse for smooth operation

Support training of team members

Preparation of BMR and SOP as per the activity.

Documentation batch related activities

Good communication and written skills (English).
