WALK- IN INTERVIEW for QC/Filling Staff & filling Operator

We are hiring for Zydus Vaccine Technology Centre, Ahmedabad

Ø  Education: –Staff:  B.Sc. /M.Sc. in Biotech, Micro, Lifesciences/B. Pharm / B. Tech

Ø  Education: – Operator:ITI /Diploma

Ø  Experience: – 2-7 years of hands-on experience.

Formulation and Filling – Officer/Executive

• Operate and maintain vessels, filtration units, autoclaves, vial washing machines, and dehydrogenation tunnels while ensuring GMP compliance.

• Monitor and control critical process parameters to maintain product quality and consistency.

Plant Operator (Ampoule/Vial/PFS /Filling & Formulation)

• Operate aseptic equipment (washing, sterilization, filling, lyophilization) for ampoules, vials, and PFS, ensuring cGMP/GDP compliance.

• Record batch data, coordinate with QA/Maintenance, and support troubleshooting for
• sterile production.

QC Officer/Executive (Viral/Bacterial Testing )

Job Description Minimum 3-5 years of vaccine testing experience in Quality control department

Qualification: M.Sc/M.Tech in Biotechnology or with science back ground 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Analyst shall be well versed with cell based assays, Virus titration, RTPCR and immuno-chemical assays.

2. Instrument knowledge on pH meter, Analytical balance, Karl Fischer, Real time PCR and ELISA

3. Knowledge in calibration and qualification of equipment and instruments.

4. Experience in handling QMS elements like OOS, OOT, change control and deviation are added advantage.

5. To perform/Monitor activities in compliance with GMP/GLP. 6. Experience in preparing SOPs, specification and study protocols

7. To prepare protocol and execute method validation

8. Experience in handling stability studies and maintaining Good documentation practice.

9 Role shall require to coordinate with maintenance department or third party lab as and when required.
