Role & responsibilities
To operate and monitor SVP filling equipment for the manufacture of sterile injectable products as per approved BMR/BPR, SOPs, GMP requirements and production schedules, ensuring accurate filling, product quality, aseptic practices, documentation compliance and timely completion of batches.
Preferred candidate profile
Operate SVP filling machines and associated equipment as per approved SOPs and work instructions.
Perform machine start-up, operation, stoppage and changeover activities.
Ensure correct filling volume as specified in the approved BMR/BPR and product specifications.
Monitor filling machine parameters, filling speed, fill volume and equipment performance during operation.
Ensure proper functioning of filling pumps, filling needles/nozzles, conveyors and other associated components.
Maintain machine settings within approved operating parameters.
Immediately report abnormal machine conditions, leakage, spillage, filling variation or equipment malfunction.
