1. Quality Assurance (QA)
- Position: Officer / Senior Officer
- Qualification: B.Pharma / M.Pharma
- Experience: 2 to 8 years
Job Description:
- Lab-QA: Verification of QC instruments and logbooks, electronic data reconciliation, audit trail verification, online review of analytical reports, and handling laboratory deviations (OOS, OOT, root cause investigations).
- IPQA-OSD: Perform line clearance for dispensing, manufacturing, and packaging, online review of BMR/BPR, and check SOP & cGMP compliance on the shop floor.
2. Oral Solid Dosage (OSD)
- Manufacturing (Officer / Sr. Officer): Requires a B.Pharma with 3 to 7 years of experience. Job responsibilities include exposure to manufacturing operations like granulation, compression, coating, and capsule filling.
- Packing (Officer / Sr. Officer): Requires a B.Pharma or B.Sc with 3 to 7 years of experience. Focuses on primary and secondary packing, with experience in e-BPR, e-log, and 21 CFR compliance.
- Mfg. & Packing (Associate): Open to 10th, 12th, or ITI holders with 4 to 10 years of experience. Requires exposure to OSD manufacturing and packing machinery (Glatt, ACG, Fette, Sejong, Track & Trace).
3. Liquid Dosage (Jelly)
Manufacturing (Officer / Sr. Officer): Requires a B.Pharma with 1 to 9 years of experience. Handles liquid exposure in manufacturing and filling machines (sachet filling) and 21 CFR compliance.
Manufacturing / Filling (Associate): Open to 10th, 12th, or ITI holders with 4 to 10 years of experience. Requires knowledge of liquid equipment (tanks, colloidal mills, sachet filling machines).
