We are looking for a dynamic Research Associate / Research Scientist to join our Technology Transfer (TT) team at our Formulation Manufacturing Sites near Vadodara.
🔹 Preferred Candidate Profile
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm
Experience: 2–5 years in Technology Transfer
🔹 Key Responsibilities
-Review and provide technical inputs on Product Development Reports (PDR), Master Formula Cards (MFC), and Technology Transfer (TT) documents
-Prepare process-related risk assessments, protocols, and reports for feasibility trials and scale-up batches
-Execute trial batches and scale-up batches and prepare summary reports
-Prepare and review Exhibit Batches, Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), and Batch Packaging Records (BPR)
-Support regulatory filings by providing intended commercial BMR, BPR, and stability execution/evaluation summaries
-Support regulatory activities for Test License, Import License, No Objection Certificate (NOC), and Manufacturing License by providing product and process-related documentation
-Review and provide Critical Process Parameters (CPPs) and Critical Quality Attributes (CQAs) as part of Annual Product Review (APR)
-Initiate and support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities at the manufacturing site
-Support and implement Process Analytical Technology (PAT) for process improvement
-Preparation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
-Preparation of position papers, justification reports, and technical reports
