• Experience: 8–10 years in sterile injectable or fill-finish manufacturing, with a strong focus on sterility assurance and cleanroom operations.

Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of microbiological testing, risk management, and regulatory frameworks.

⚙️ Key Responsibilities

Process Validation: Oversee validation of steam sterilization (autoclaves), dry heat sterilizers, and depyrogenation tunnels.

Aseptic & Fill-Finish: Develop strategies for process simulation tests (media fills) and ensure aseptic techniques align with regulatory annexes.

Equipment & Utilities: Manage the qualification of HVAC systems, cleanrooms, pure steam, and Water for Injection (WFI) systems.

Quality Management (QMS): Review and approve validation protocols, deviation reports, CAPAs, and change controls.

Compliance: Align plant operations with cGMP and global guidelines while serving as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) during regulatory audits.
