- Hands-on experience with compound purification and analytical characterization.
- Knowledge of NMR, LC-MS, HPLC, and laboratory best practices.
- Experience with Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN) documentation.
- Strong problem-solving, scientific reasoning, and client-focused research abilities.
