• Strong expertise in Organic Synthesis and Reaction Mechanisms.
• Hands-on experience with compound purification and analytical characterization.
• Knowledge of NMR, LC-MS, HPLC, and laboratory best practices.
• Experience with Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN) documentation.
• Strong problem-solving, scientific reasoning, and client-focused research abilities.
